This is for when you’re getting a really tight hug, so tight you feel like you can’t breathe, from Aunty Stress, also nicknamed Aunty Freak-Out.
It doesn’t have to be stress though. It’s just that stress has been the one getting to me lately. I’m getting closer and closer to the finish line of Uni and the closer I get, the more crap I’ve got to do. I’m also about to do some things that are totally out of my comfort zone, so there’s that. So, all in all, not being able to breath, eating and shitting stress has kind of been my new natural state for the past week. What do I do in order to still function under pressure?
